I just recently purchased a car from Ridge Road. First off, Elliot is great. I had a car in mind and a list of dealerships to visit. Ridge Road was my second stop and my last stop. The car was great and the experience was very easy, very low pressure. It was like visiting a friend who was showing you his car. They gave me a great price and good value on my trade in. They are my first stop from now on.

Elliot is such a lovely human being. He keeps it real and down to earth and he’s honest, trustworthy and has a sense of humor. I actually loved working with him despite complications that came up (likely due to my own bad luck) and he went an extra mile to make sure I had what I needed to make a successful decision. He has a revolving, excellent inventory but he will also look for what a customer really wants and isn’t impatient when it comes to specific requests. This new car purchase is a huge step for me and I appreciated that he acted as a compadre as well as an experienced but humble seller.

Squeezed me in when they were very busy - really appreciated how they managed to make my appointment exactly at the time they said- very clean shop - professional guys. If you appreciate efficiency and quality- this is your vehicles doc shop!

I highly recommend this place. Had to take my son’s car there as an emergency light came on while I was watching his kids and car.The owner checked it out himself, found the problem which was only a broken spring, then wouldn’t even charge me when I expected to pay him. You shouldn’t count on getting stuff for free, as this guy has to eat too, but know he was way more than honest and fair.Although he was not my mechanic, I will be taking my car there from now on.

Have been taking my truck to Ridge Road for several years. Super pleased with the service. Joe is fantastic; always answers my questions, has given me good recommendations, and recently fixed my a/c leak for free. Highly recommend them!
